Our guest is Rachel Davis, she is the Founder of LaLa Tigers, a TEDx Speaker, NLP Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Songwriter and mama of 2 boys, who she has raised single handedly for the last 7 years. Through her online intentional parenting programme Raise a Tiger, Rachel combines her experiences of personal growth, mental & emotional health, parenting strategy and NLP, with the universal languages of of music and play, to help parents reclaim themselves and raise emotionally healthy children who love, trust and believe in themselves.
