What defines an early morning wake-up: anytime your baby/toddler wakes up before 6am
Solutions for early morning wake-ups:
Pay attention to awake windows and only allow your baby to be awake for the appropriate amount of time for their age
If your child relies on sleep props/crutches to fall asleep try to wean them off of them
Sleep environment: make sure the room is very dark for both naps and nighttime sleep and use a sound machine
Don’t start your day before 6am
